Use Mindfulness to Handle Daily Massive Goals Like a Boss!

The only way to handle having many massive daily goals is by doing them one moment at a time.

Don't listen to the narrow-minded people who say that you have to focus on 1 thing and do it will at the expense of everything else. If you want everything, if you want to be financially successful, and healthy, and have great relationships, and be happy, and learn every day, and have family time and more, you're in luck, because you can have it all!

To handle having so many daily goals you'll have to be very mindful and have the ability to focus on your current task without thinking forward because this could drive you made.

I don't plan my days, I have a set of massive, daily goals across all areas of my life that I have to consistently accomplish every single day. I don't know how my day is going to look and I find it stupid to even try to predict, since life is all about surprises and the unexpected.

What I do instead is find creative ways every day to manage to accomplish every single one of my daily habits and thus guarantee my growth in all areas of life for the day.

My biggest tools for accomplishing this (except for writing and tracking my goals down every day), is meditating for 60 minutes daily; This habit is what allows me to stay in the moment and focused on the tasks ahead of me.

When I wake up in the morning I'm overwhelmed by the insane amount of tasks that I have to accomplish. Instead of going into anxiety by thinking about it, I just start tackling them one after the other, even going for the easy ones first just to get my day going.

Once I'm in the middle of the day I'm already in full-speed forward blazing through my daily tasks and enjoying the action.

Towards the end of the day I look at my goals and can't believe that I did 80% already and only have the last ones to accomplish.

This is all thanks to mindfulness and meditation. I like to also apply this by going to dry saunas and staying there for 15-20 minutes. It's so hot and uncomfortable that you have to learn to stop thinking about the time because every time you think about it you feel like you want to quit.

Use mindfulness to accomplish massive things, all it does is get the thinking out of the way - and get you into the doing part of life.
