How do you turn around a bad day or run of days?

Fellow Warriors- Have you ever had a bad day or run of bad days in terms of productivity and getting things done?

Sometimes I have so many ideas I think I can implement in my business. It gets overwhelming, becomes hard to identify what I should be focusing on and I ending not doing much of anything.

What are some of the things you do to get yourself out of the down word spiral?

    Minor things can trigger bad days, whether it's a having a tiff with your roommate, getting stuck in traffic, or just waking up on the wrong side of the bed.

    You need to get some relax maybe sleep for a while, sometime you have to let your body down, don't push yourself too much. The resolve may appear after that . Good luck!

      Usually it passes with time.

      But...once it passes youre pissed because you wasted so much. time.

      Best to have routines set up . Just follow the routine regardless of your mental and emotional state.

      I meditate/read/yoga/workout like clock workout without hesitation. after I work for 6-8 hours straight.

      Set up your self to where you are not relying on willpower..

      Every day my mind is having some sort of issue to where it doesn't want to work or rather be lazy (of course) . This is normal. Evolution says don't spend energy.

      . I just stick to the plan and complete. without the road map id lay in bed and look at my phone til i get hungry. Then ill eat..and return to my cave.

      The quickest way to turn around any ship is to have accountability.

      I swear to god if me and you were working together you would not even have time to live.

      No one wants to be lazy in front of someone else. Being alone and working alone is not that productive.

      Find someone you can keep accountable and have someone keep you accountable. Your ego wont want to look bad.

      "Hi steve, yeah im just watching netflix today"

      Put evolutionary pressure on yourself. Without pressure you'll die.

      The more success you get the more you fall off. The less you work. The less you hustle. The less motivated you are to do the small, boring, repetitive tasks everyday. This shit is very boring. Hours upon Hours

      If you're in a hole right now..you're lucky.

    with what i do even though i work every day .. it is because most weeks 4-5 days with not make moch money..

    it is part of playing the game ..you have control of how you feel when thing are not that good .. today should have been good or better than it was ..but 30 mile an hour winds made working outside harsh today ..

    I give myself permission to slow down and decompress. Then I force myself to take a day or two longer than I really need. By the time that's done, I'm MORE than ready to dive back in and get back at it.

    I usually go for a walk. When pressure builds up, its hard to think of a great idea that will be of a great value for you and for your viewers. After some time of relaxation I will come back, do a different approach and slowly gaining the momentum

    I use prayer and positive affirmation over and over in my mind for a few minutes at a time. It's truly the greatest way to stop racing thougths and getting back to center. Having a green powder drink to increase my nutritional balance is a fast trick to trigger good thinking as well. Blessings to you!
