    why does this video only focus on the vices that are pleasurable ..

    a lot of fulfilling thing can be highly pleasurable .. verse the vice things a lot of people do from lives they are not happy with ..

    so does the guy who learn if he hit the weights and gets big muscles .. he get many more one night stands .or much prettier gf and more sex ..

    is he both on the fulfillment train and the hedonistic treadmill ..

    Fulfillment is having both internet and external success. Mostly internal.

    When one can realize that nothing outside of you will make you fulfilled. You'll be steps closer to becoming fulfilled. Having or creating the external stuff then becomes a bonus to how you already feel. Your work fulfills you BUT it's not needed to feel fulfillment.

    The video is right by saying external stuff doesn't make you happy and chasing pleasure is the wrong thing to do.

    However, it's wrong by saying you need to do something in order to be fulfilled. You can be fulfilled doing nothing, meditating, surrendering to god Like a monk on the mountains for example.

    When you realize you're a human being, not a human doing you then take back your power and have huge control over your fulfillment.
