Interesting sales letter with the testimonials down the right hand side.

Some WTF! stories too - I liked the golfers getting all those gains for total of 14.5 mins of intense exercise with 6 sessions in 6 weeks.

Curious about any backend - does he promote mega home gym equipment?

That's a very intriguing website I have to say.

Although - I guarantee you that A LOT of people who regularly lift can move that Corolla like that. That honestly didn't impress me all that much (although you still need to be strong to do it).

I signed up for his email list either way b/c I'm always looking to get stronger.

        Also, crossfit rules!

It's by far the most fun training (for me at least - I love to push myself until I literally feel like I'm about to pass out) and will literally SHRED the fat off your body.

I started to use the training method half a year ago. The first three weeks I did put on 6 pounds of pure muscle, wich is an extreme amount for me since Im super tall and super skinny.. But then again, he says that muscle growth is quickest in the beginning. I kept build muscles for another four months, fairly slow though because of a questionable diet (raw-food), and in my last two months have I not been able to workout because I haven't have had accsess to a gym. But I still may have reached a total gain of around 8 pounds. Also I have got a much stronger back and an overall better posture.

Anyway, the training method is not only a good way to build muscles, it's also fun, safe and quick. But as he says: "Don't take my word for it!". Read the book and you'll understand. Or you could of course just sign up for his newsletters. They are very informative and fun to read .

      You can go to http://www.precisiontraining.com/.

Also this video might be interesting: . But I don't think it has anything to do with Pete Sisco.
