A Quick Summary of all of them:
Chapter 1: An engaging, inspiring opening chapter gets us off to a great start.
Chapter 2: The author continues to lay out a convincing plan for a truly happy future.
Chapter 3: The author gives a concrete example of an exercise, or (for example) a "format" to write down my short, medium, and long-term goals. There is usually a comment about how *important* it is to do the exercise "right away."
What is your reaction at this important turning point in your life?
Long day at work?
Do you need to stop and eat dinner?
Oh that's right, big sports game on TV tonight!
How about we read a couple more pages, take a break, and do the exercise another day. :p
