Split Screen Thinking

Hey guys,

Kevin Hogan mentions in his new book "The 168 Hour Week" split screen thinking. It goes like this:

"Think your goal (outcome) , and think your present. Put them side by side. " (move them just far enough away from you that you can see both at the same time) "

I'm curious as to what your experience is like when doing this

Have fun

Bart

Yea...but with the cataract in the left eye I am never quite sure where I am at the present!

Very positive in a superficial way, but as my goals are very familiar to me, I don't find that it makes any profound difference to my motivation or faith in what I can achieve.
