    Hello:

Traffic is definitely one of the keys to a successful online business. You
did not mention article marketing; are you doing any article marketing?
And how about Social Networking; working on building your presence in
some of the popular Social Networking sites?

I am still learning the ropes of Affiliate Marketing myself. The place I go
for information, inspiration and Affiliate Marketing guidance is the Affiliate
Power Group. If you are interested, you can read about this group in my
web biz blog post, Affiliate Marketing: How To Get Started - It's just one
of many sources available online for info and support.

My best advice is to diversify...

So many people focus on one thing and live and die by it...but if that source fails, then what? Anyways, I am not sure what you have tried but I tap into all of these sources for almost every site I make:

      Article Marketing
      Directory Submissions
      Choice Paid Directory Submissions
      Paid Blog Posts
      Sponsored Tweets
      Twitter Marketing
      Facebook
      Video Marketing
      Podcast Marketing
      Forum Signatures
Blog Comments (meaningful and productive not SPAM)
      Supporting 2.0 Properties (Squidoo, Hubpages)
PPC - Yahoo, Bing, Google, Facebook, Second Tier Engines

Please reply to this and I will happily explain any and all of the ones above to give you some more detail.

The point I Wanted to make was there are many ways to drive traffic, and it almost always depends on the niche as to which I pick (if not all)...

      All the best,
      Jeff

I agree.. the best thing that you can do is to diversify your link building efforts. It's not just about getting a ton of links.. it's about the type of links that you get and the more roads if you will.. that you have running to in and out of your site the more popular the site will become over time but everything that was stated in the poster that I have quoted will help you in building traffic to your site. But if I could offer one critical piece of advice.. READ READ and then READ SOME MORE ! All the information is available to help you conquer any deficiencies you may have regarding your interests online regarding traffic.

Gross100 is right but don't try to do it all at once.
    Slow down, take a breath.
If your not selling then ppc must be killing you. Don't just look at making money, look at how to use your money best. There is nothing more unmotivating than spending a lot of money to make none right?
Use free traffic and the cost at least won't deflate you.
Look at the list gross100 gave you and remember the rule of how to eat an elephant.
Just one bite at a time.

not much to say here, it's a long term goal, not something you can do in 1 or 2 days, just continue to read and do again until you get it

Hi - I agree with one of the posters above. I think the key here is to diversify. There are so may proven ways to generate additional traffic. Focus on alternative methods and remain committed to your original goal. It will all come together for you. Just stay focused. Tap into all resources:

Social Media - Paid Blog Posts - PPC - Blog Comments - Don't forget Yahoo etc

Be patient and believe that you can do this. Its just a matter of commitment and continuing to execute !!!

    Good Luck
