Don't ignore your emotions!

Hi Guys,

I am going to brave it and make my 3rd post a new thread!

I have been doing a lot of work recently on myself - anger management and I will start some more therapy recently - it has been a real eye opener for me!

I have realised a lot of the baggage I have and now I am much more aware of how i feel at any given time. So where as I used to think "I feel tired" I now know what exactly I feel and why I lack the energy. Perhaps I am angry or sad or disillusioned, and I can usually nail it down to why. And once I know it helps alot!

Now that must be a helpful thing for this line of work as constant energy is essential (unlike a regular job where you can get away with slacking a bit more perhaps!)

I can't suggest a route for anyone else but me, because after all we are all different, but have a look at your bookstore and see what self-help books you may become attracted to would be a good start.

Make time for this stuff and it will pay off. God help you, you might figure out you dont need that $1M after all! but ironically you might get it anyway.

One of my new found things is confidence and I trust my gut instinct much more. I recently purchased a $8000 online business (a lot for me, and I am a relative newbie marketer!) and decided within seconds to join the War Room for example - I just trust my instinct much more now.

By now you either think I'm insane or a genius!
