Tony Robbins on Larry King last week

This is what Tony Robbins said on Larry King last week:

"Well, you can't change a country, but you can change yourself.

I think it's not a time for positive thinking.

A lot of people think that's what I promote and it's not.

What I look at is be real.

And if you're going to be real, you're going to have to really not make the mistakes some people are making right now, which is hoping the economy suddenly is going to turn around.
"

TO every one who hails with positive thinking

THINK about it.. how this applies to your life.

Your life is NOT suddenly gonna turn around, your situation is NOT gonna turn around by visualising, positive thinking, hoping it's gonna work out all right

GET REAL and TAKE ACTION.

The same goes on with a company I used to advice.

They're a small audio visual rental company - about 30 people on the paylist.

The manager said to me somewhere last May.

"Bart, I know we're gonna have a rough summer but from September on everything will stabilze and everything will work out.

I told them if they don't get their sales team and production team up and running, performing better, taking action NOW (May, June 2009), September won't be better..

"Yeah Yeah .." they answered

Now.. they had to have 5 people fired, and a few more will be soon. They are very short on cash, and they will be in trouble for at least the next half year or worse...

And even now .. They are NOT Getting it..and fail to TAKE ACTION NOW

Interesting don't ya think?

Have fun

Bart

ps: if you need to boost your mindset.. I've a FREE REPORT here so you'll be sure to take action and not make the same mistakes 95% of the starters are making.

Man becomes what he thinks about. If you think about what could happen and you constantly think negative outcome, that's what you are going to get. There just isn't anyway around it. I challenge anybody who doesn't agree to find a very successful person who is pessimist. It just doesn't work that way.

Positive thinking is only a term invented by people selling self-help books to describe something that is natural to people who are not scared. People who focus on things that could happen and determine they are automatically bad are called cowards. They are afraid what could happen and fail to act to any direction because it's the only way for them to avoid potential bad outcome. Only thing to fear is the fear itself because that will kill you, literaly.

You will fail. You will fail thousands of times. That's just fact of doing anything. But what separates people who are successful from people who are not, is the realization of the fact that failure is a concept. There's two things you can do with these so called failures. You can either learn from them or you can do nothing. If you do nothing, you probably just gave up. If you learn you are closer to mastering what you just tried to do.

It is really as simple as that and I can't understand why people make such a big deal out of it. I run successful business and I fail all the time. The difference is that I have learned to accept the fact that I will fail and I see them as lessons about what won't work. When I know what won't work, I will try the next solution. Something will work eventually.

      Stephen,

It's NOT about positive VS negative thinking. THat's the one trap people seem to fall into.

NOT postitive thinking equals negative thinking.

This couldn't be further from the thruth.

Exactly my point. IT's a term used to describe a NATURAL occuring process in people who are successful.

THere's a big difference between people who just do NOT think negatively and those who are trying to overpower overpower feelings like doubt, fear, limiting beliefs, .. by positive thinking.

The first one do NOT need "positive thinking"
