SMART Goals - What???????
Everybody always talks about how important it is to set concrete goals.
Let everybody know what some of your goals are...
BUT, they MUST fit within these parameters:
1. Specific - Cannot be broad
2. Measureable - Quantify as much as possible
3. Attainable - Set the bar high, but not so high you can't see it
4. Realistic - No, youre not going to make $1,000,000 in 1 minute
5. Timely - Incorporate milestone(s) into your goal(s)
