Self-criticism and Internet Business

Self-criticism is the purposeful and reflective judgment, or acceptance and notice of a critical attitude about yourself...

Do you think that self-criticism is a positive for your Internet business and it is necessary for learning, or you think that self-criticism block you because you constantly criticize yourself, with too much judgment and negative emotions?

In my case, I learned that self-criticism can be used for good purposes and can be bad and unproductive.
I want to do the following...

I want to set periods of time when I will be very self-critical to my site.
And the periods when I just enjoy it.

I think with the right dose of self-criticism, we can make a great success of our internet business

Hi there, I'm sure that we all criticise the work and actions that we take in life and business. It's probably true to say that self criticism could slow us right down as well, if we use that as an excuse to not publish an article or start a blog etc.

We should not let our self criticism prevent us from taking action, asking advice and testing the work we have done.

    Good luck

Self criticism certainly does have it's place in developing an internet business.
Some people operate better when they are critiqued from a negative perspective.

It should also be balanced with positive feedback or constructive criticism, both from contributors and from self.

Self criticism lives inside every man. I think it has negative influence on Internet business mostly. The customer is the one who decide how good your idea, site, service is. So you can criticize yourself looking for improvements, but it takes more time then just ask potential customers to give a feedback. E-bay is a perfect example.
