How Much Would You Pay to Change This?

Hey fellow warriors I need your help.

I wanted to know what you guys would be willing to pay for a self development micro continuity course?

The course would be a weekly video life coaching type course on how to take control of your life. It would be a step by step guide on how to take instant control of your life with action steps.

It would help you through just about every challenge in your life from creating more financial wealth to creating the ultimate relationship full of passion and joy.

The videos would be between 10 min to 40 min each and be drip fed into your emails once per week and would have the option to either download them to your hard drive or watch them online.

It would also include a worksheet pdf to follow along and do your exercises to integrate it into your life instantly.

If this is something you were interested in this kind of course, what would you be willing to pay for this?

or if you have tested this niche, what does the market support? Is it $99, 49, 39, 29, 19, $9 a month? or what?

Thanks fellow warriors......

Show us a real video, that's the only way to really make an accurate judgement. It depends on the quality and content, you can't just pick numbers out of the air, they are meaningless unless they are connected to something real, anything else is just total speculation.

Well... I wasnt trying to promote my program here. I was really just trying to get an idea what you guys interested in self development would be willing to pay for video life coaching. I wanted to see what I should charge for my existing program and another one I am about to start.

But just for an example I will use this video I made as a freebie for my existing video coaching program.

This is only a 3 minute video summary/ teaser of that weeks lesson that was 20 minutes and included action steps on how to implement and integrate it into your life immediately.

Hopefully this would give you a better idea.

    Thanks again guys...

I have priced it at 37 a month but was thinking of pricing it at either 10 or 19 a month. Just so anyone could afford it. Any advice?

I assume most the people you would be coaching would find it hard to spare $97. So 37 would be in reach for most people

You may think about 2 options, like a basic coaching, or limited coaching for a cheaper price. Then a more advanced coaching for more $$$

I think that the you would reach the most people with $19. $27 isn't a bad price either. It just depends on how many customers you want vs. how much immediate profit.
You can always funnel your customers into better and more expensive products if you have them
The key is to let your customers to get to know you before they throw out the dough. It's hard to justify paying a bunch of money every month to someone you don't know about..... this will give you the opportunity to get some customers and build up some loyalty.

And I'm sorry if my sentences and thoughts aren't fluent :p....I'm changing up my sleeping patterns to polyphasic(don't ask why lol) so I'm sleep really sleep deprived right now. I know my thoughts are valid lol, I'm just having trouble expressing them in writing currently...and I keep hitting the wrong keys

    Hope this helped!

Hi mate. Voted $10, based on the video sample.

Loved the content. Love the presentation. But would severely limit my willing expenditure because of the image.

I hope you don't take offense at that, because none is meant. In fact, I'm sitting here right now in a Linux t-shirt, dirty jeans, mudstomper workboots, and hair that was last washed during the Bush administration.

It's just that if I'm going to use somebody who presents himself so casually as a role model for my own life, it's going to be for one of two reasons. 1) Because that guy is so famous that I knew who he was long before I ever ran into his life coaching program online, or 2) Because his material is VERY strong AND very cheap.

Put another way, if I'm going to shell out 100 bucks a month, I have to believe the presentation, and the only way I believe it is if the guy is very well known, or very polished.

You've chosen rough instead of polished. Which is fine...and even works well for you, I think. You come off as real and sincere. But I think you'll find it puts a cap on the level of spending you can expect from new converts.

Same content, in a navy jacket and spread collar shirt, and not delivered in front of a pressboard bookshelf would be believable at a much higher price point. Indeed, you speak well enough and seem engaging enough that with those few changes, I'd happily move into the 50-100 dollar a month range.

(Although I get that a more polished image doesn't necessarily mesh with the "rockstar" thing. It's a bind, and I'm probably not the target audience.)

If you were to provide a good service i suppose it would have to be near the top end of that scale. otherwise any potential users would dismiss the service as junk if it was offered for 5dollars for instance. I hope that makes sense!

Thanks for the advice and the message would not fit with me in a sport coat or dressed up like that. It is meant to be more relaxed.

I agree and think that 37 is a great deal anyone can afford but think I would rather do it around 17 or 19 so its a no brainer.

Also the video above is just a teaser of the video program. The video program is 10-40 min each video and goes over alot more and includes pdfs with action steps for each lesson. Thanks for all the advice and would love to hear more.

I am playing with the idea of offering a $1 trial for 14 days (2 lessons drip fed for 2 weeks). then get charged at 17 or 19 a month.
