I saw one video from John Assaraf and he is talking about power of

affirmation, visualization and meditaion and how practice of these 3

principles can explode your business and your life.

You can watch the video here.

After watching this video you will see that it can help you a lot.

So my question is do you practice Affirmation, Visualization and Meditation to explode your business and your life ?

Jiri

    Hey Jiri,

Affirmations will only work if they fit your beliefs you already hold true often on a subconscious identity level.

John gives an example of his businnes affirmation and his kids.. chances are great that they are already true for him.. his kids are probably great kids, and his business is worth that amount of money.

NOW people who turn to affirmations .. often do that because they feel they are not in a place where they want to be.. they want to get somewhere else...

now you don't get there if you don't deal with your limiting beliefs, no matter how much you tell yourself that you're awesome, if you belief that you're not worth it, or that you're not good enough.. will not get you anywhere..

Chances are great the you create an internal conflict and bring the limiting belief to the forefront,.. . which will lead to opposite results then the ones desired..

SO deal first with your limiting beliefs

then you can use affirmations that fit what you already believe.

    Have fun

    Bart

I used to meditate, don't know why I stopped though.
It's really relaxing, and is definitely helpful.

I did when I first started out, but was unsuccessful because I, for some reason, didn't truly believe and managed to (probably) attract negative energy and sabotaged my efforts.

Not to say that there's no validity in that stuff.

This time around, I'm making efforts to become more fully engaged, such as building my mind power by completing tasks, such as laughing more, eating balanced meals, getting involved in creative projects and the like. All of those things complement affirmations and the like.

The book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill promote the ideology that if you can think it with a strong enough belief system over a sustained period, and followed by dedication and hard work you can achieve anything.

I found I was doing more visualizing than work, so I thought that for a change I would switch it up a bit.

You are right Lady, if we want to use affirmations our action has to be align with our affirmations. We cannot use for example: " I am so happy and grateful that money comes to me from different sources" and sit in chair and do nothing and meditate.

We have to take action, massive action.

I wholeheartedly agree. I actually write my affirmations with action-stimulating commands within the larger structure. By doing various things to make the embedded command stand out, I have found that the action becomes part of my subconscious habits. To see an example, visit

The short video demonstrates a few other tricks I use to get the affirmations to stick better.
