Does listening to multiple mind reprogramming recordings cancel each other out?

I am currently listening to Paul McKennas "I Can Make You Thin" and his "Confidence" CD's each day.

I have two questions for anybody who might know about these things:

1) I fall into a deep sleep for much of the CD. Does this matter? It isn't just a light snooze but a very deep sleep and I have no idea what the CD even says because I have never heard it all the way through.

2) Will listening to two or more mind reprogramming CD's cancel each other out? I am a bit concerned that I might be wasting my time.

Any comments or suggestions would be very welcome.

Thanks very much

Gary

Might as well keep listening until you're as thin and confident as you like, then stop.

If you get thicker and unconfident, find something else to listen to.

      LOL

I am just losing a few pounds from the Christmas festivities and got out of sync. I lost over 2 stone (28lbs') last year following Pauls advice and listening to his CD.

    Hi Gary,
    IMHO:
    1) Yes, I think it matters whether or not you are awake for the recording. There are those who would argue that the programming will work either way, but I've never seen any evidence of this. Certainly, in my own life, I get much better results if I don't fall asleep while listening to something like this. Also, while it may be the subconscious that influences how we live our lives, it is the conscious mind that programs the subconscious.

    2) Absolutely not - unless they're giving you conflicting messages. We are hit with countless programming messages each and every day of our lives. If receiving more than one a day was a problem, we'd all be in trouble.

      Thanks for the reply.

I think it would make more sense if I stayed awake too, but they just knock me out LOL

I will make more of an effort.

Your second point made perfect sense. I sounded like Homer Simpson when he complained that all of the new stuff he was learning was pushing the old stuff out

      Thanks again for your reply.
