Ha, think and grow rich is my favourite, although I think it is a bit over the top towards then end and a bit too esoteric for me, but in the first 3/4 of the book there is some amazing... mind blowing practical advice - I recommend this book to everyone... but no one bothers to read it

Also "how to win friends and influence people" is the only book I've ever read twice, and it has helped me out of some awful sticky situations in business and my personal life - I can't recommend that enough either

Next on my list is Psycho Cybernetics - also very highly rated!

The success book i've read the most times is "the 4 hour work week".

But: reading it may make one underestimate the "hard work" aspects of success.

Anyway, this is a real great book that opened my eyes a little bit more.

I've read quite a few in search of something that really gets me motivated, but I've yet to find something like that.

Instead I've found a book which has really help me look at my personal mindset in an entirely new way. I'm telling you there is nothing out there like this book, because it just covers so many topics related to self-management and achievement.

It's called "The New Psycho-Cybernetics" by Maxwell Maltz M.D.

It covers visualization, self-image, goal setting, removing fear and acting with confidence. If any of you are looking for the next best thing to read; I promise you will not be dissappointed if you pick up this book.

  I have a few favourite books....napoleon hill is definitely one of them at the top...one of my favourites that has not been mentioned is "the greatest salesman in the world" by og mandino.
  
  I also love how to win friends and influence people, I showed it to my friend.....she showed it to people at work and now everyone in the office has a copy
