I am not judged by the number of times I fail, but by the number of times I succeed. And the number of times I succeed Is in direct proportion to the number of times I can fail and keep trying.

I like most of the authors you named. But Steven Covey influenced my personal development in the most efficient way.

Joint Tie - Tony Robbins for his 'big personality' and saying what he thinks straight out, and Jack Canfield - for his very calm and logical approach to life, he makes tough stuff so obvious to deal with - 100% accountability (really recommend his book 'The Success Principles', it deals with pretty much the whole of life!
And very very close, Brian Tracey... really hits the nail on the head!

Tony Robbins and though Dan Kennedy is more of a business coach, after reading his stuff, I feel like I can do anything.

Most people are constantly looking for another way to transfer responsibility for the outcomes in their lives to someone else. You can ignore it, try to change it, or profit from it - Dan Kennedy

Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy & Earl Nightingale. I know there are many others out there, but they're the only 3 I've actually read/listened to.
