a Jonah day

Today was a Jonah day for me. Everything seemed to go wrong from the time I went to bed last night until I left work tonight. By that time I was like Who Cares? So that's the mood I'm in tonight. And it makes me so tired I don't even want to talk about it.

But I will say this: I've changed my mind. I don't want to have kids and I don't want to have grandchildren and I don't want to have students anymore and I don't want any of the emotional chaos that goes along with those. I'm going to move to Jamaica and braid my hair and sleep on the beach and shower in the rain or a waterfall and live on seafood and coconuts and not care about anything or anyone or be responsible for anything or anyone. And when I'm done doing that, I'm moving to Hawaii and doing the same thing.

But that's just for tonight, I know. I'll just batten down and weather, and hope the storm clears off by morning ~ g'night warriors. Here's wishing us all a better tomorrow.

      Thanks for taking time to reply ~ I'm thinking you may be right about the vacation idea. It's been "a long December" and even my dr says I could use a few days in the sun!

    Yeah, its time to take a few days off...go hiking or something.

    I HAVE GOOD NEWS THOUGH...

    I just looked outside and the sky is red and you know what that means. "Red skies in the morning sailors warning, red skies at night, sailors delight"

    Yay, its going to be a better day tomorrow.

    I no it gets like that for me sometimes aswell...hopefully the storm has cleared and if it hasn't stay positive im sure it will soon.
