Site flippers... how much do you expect from your next sale?

Hello site flippers,
We have many site flippers here, but how much do you expect your site to be sold for.
I would like to sell for at least 20k, 10k to me, 10k to partner, but I think it will sell maybe for 14k, 7k to me, 7k to him....

What about you?

      www.fitnessdeluxe.net , not set up yet Soon... and by 2-3 weeks I am expecting it to get 1,000 UV per day , but that 14k was just a guess Apprixmate...things don't always go as planned

    If the current project I'm apart of works as it is suppose to, I will be pulling my share from the project. Again if everything works as it is suppose to...

    but that is on a whole other scale...

    In general websites:

    I'm currently looking for $1,500 with my buy and sell marketplace.
    I've sold 6. $300 websites that had a customized yahoo answers script on it.
    I'm looking for $150 with a URL shortener with traffic
    I'm looking for $18,000 for a small hosting site with 100 customers

    So a huge variety...
