Hey Luka - Reading this reminds me alot about me. I got started with the internet when I was 13. Today I am 20 and live a life many could only dream off. Thanks to the power of internet marketing, having a vision, and working very hard to achieve my goals.

You are on the right track my friend and I can not wait to hear of your future success !

Please keep us all update with what you are doing and be open to the feedback. There is alot that can be learned on the WF. So use it to your advantage.

You are doing a really awesome Job, and it goes to show how Focused and Intelligent young people can be.

I think a more suitable change of your Quote:
"IT'S NEVER TOO LATE TO START"

Would be:
"IT'S NEVER TOO EARLY TO START"
Because you're 13, not 50

I Tried to let my little brother get into Internet Business when he was 13-14, he started well, but didn't follow up.

I talk to allot of friends even in there 20's, and they don't feel ready to get into Business yet.

I'm 22 right now, and I'm into Building websites also, as well as Logo and a wide range of designs.
You should check out those other fields too. (Especially Logo Designing).
You can spend 2 hours Designing Logos from $100-250 USD and up per Logo!

But on average I work for $25/hr right now. Aiming for $40-$50/hr before the end of the year.

You should Check out Freelancing Sites if you haven't yet, you can get loads of Jobs for you there, once you show a nice Portfolio.

Congrats to Kris also and all the other Successes here!

I'll be releasing my first Large Company in 2 months, it's really fun actually when you see success with Business.

It's not a burden, or being obsessed with work, like most friends may try to tell you (discouragingly).

You can still Enjoy your Youth Luka, and be Successful at the same time.

Well I agree, It's never to early to start, and it's never to late to start

I don't do freelancing jobs, I get clients, they are my Skype,MSN,Yahoo messenger and etc contacts, and my clients recommend me to their clients or friends, so I don't need to promote.
There is no time to learn designing currently , on basics... I have too much stuff, school, going out, flipping sites, making them, gym and etc, no space for another bit

Yet, he is only 13 years old! A few days ago we received a message from someone named Luka with a website flipping question - nothing out of the ordinary there, but there was one line in his email that really intrigues me:

...I really love your site, it has some nice content, I am a 13 year old site flipper...

I remember re-reading that a few times thinking that maybe he meant to type 31 but typed 13? So I immediately inquired more eventually being shocked that yes this website flipper is 13. Simply amazing. I wanted more information so we fired off some questions, here are his actual responses.

Tell us a little about yourself
Hello, my name is Luka Bozic and I'm a 13 year old kid who loves to flip sites. I am originally from Croatia, but I live in Libya. I go to ISM (International School of Martyrs) school. I own about 12 domains, but 90% of them are for test, sale and etc, just to give me a little extra cash when needed. My current site is www.FitnessDeluxe.net , I have sold my first site for $650, and I wish to sell Fitness Deluxe much more in the following months.
Where/how did you acquire the skills necessary to create websites?Making money online, creating sites and etc started from a game called Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. I met a guy who could design sites, we were suppose to partner up but he was busy with other stuff, too much work that is. Then I decided to create a website alone, I started off with a Blogspot blog, but I barely received even a visit. Once I managed to get my first $10 from forum posting from a company I worked in, I bought my first domain bucksarea.com which was about money making, list of social bookmarkings, domain registrants and etc, but it didn't go so well. Later on I learned more and more as I met more and more friends and joined more and more websites, every single day I learn something new, even a PRO does.
How did you start flipping websites? Well my site Workout Plans, a fitness site, which I sold couple of months ago, I sold it more than I expected with such a low amount of visitors. Well then I asked myself , if I sold this site 3 times more than I expected , why can't I make more, and sell them.
Do you have a particular flip you are proud of?I flipped many sites, but all of them were just sites with a nice theme, ready articles in it, and very few visits, they did not sell much. But I started my own site, and later sold it for 650 US Dollars, and that is what I am proud of, I never expected that much, I never expected to come where I am right now, but we never know what happens in the future, one thing is, I never give up!
Do you have any techniques that have worked well to increase your sale amount? On Flippa, I sold my site 3 times more than I expected it. I will give some good suggestions when you are selling a site, maybe you knew them, but some didn't. - Make sure that the title of the listing, if your site has a good revenue and visits, say "good revenue, good traffic' or so...
- Since Flippa's minimum credit buy is $30, $19 will go for the listing, and you should buy Bolded and Highlighted option, your site will get lots of attention.
- Buy a "Featured" listing, since all the people visiting Flippa (loads) will see your sale, you will get loads and loads of views, and many will be interested.
- Make sure to tell what you get, domain(and list pagerank if high), unique articles in it and etc.
- Always try to make your site filled with unique articles, people hate sites with non-unique articles.
- Sell links on your site if it has a good pagerank so this increases your revenue and you can say it.
- Get a Twitter account, get it followers using the Tweet adder tool (costs), or you can use www.twellow.com or so to get followers, tweet regularly so the Twitter account looks better.
- If your site has a pagerank, then make sure to include it in the TITLE!
My listing's title was : PR 3 Fitness/Health website, good revenue, good visits
In my experience I have learned that Fitness/Health sites sell for a really good amount since adsense pays really good for it.
What are your plans for future flips?Currently I'm testing 3 ways, a site receiving 2000 uniques per day, a site received 200, and a site receiving about 500. But my future plans are to make many different sites, sell them in different ways, and make at least 250,000 by the age of 18, I wish to pay for my university. A bit in the future when I get more sales, I will be willing to provide free coaching to some people who really need help, and I will charge the others who have enough money to pay. I just want to say 1 word, NEVER GIVE UP.

I wish I was doing this type of thing when I was 13! What an inspiration Luka! You are incredibly smart, logical in your thinking about testing and you have an amazing story! We thank you for taking your time to answer these questions!

  Good work i am really impressed.. But i would suggest you to keep learning new stuff programming and web design.. if you start now.. you can build a good business by the time you reach 18.. and remember selling your websites is not always a very good thing.. you can monetize the sites for longer term.. i do not mean to say that flipping is bad .. but keeping a site could be even beneficial in the long term...
