    Great quote I saw today.
I think it's made in the WORST moments, personally. For instance:

Someone is having a bad day. They will either complain about it, cry, whine etc etc etc.... or they may simply take it as a hint that they need to change something and will learn from it.

Now later on in their life, they probably won't even remember that bad day, or what happened, and it will probably have become insignificant even...but in that moment, the WORST moment, a part of their character was created.

Futher more, REAL character is determined and created in turmoil. When a person is faced with a REAL crisis, that is when their character really gets the chance to come out and define who and what it truly is....and a crisis is NO small moment for anyone facing it.

see i took that quote basically as ones success may be now and took x amount of time to reach however the true turning was from one moment or one action that shifted everything.

Yes, I remember having a conversation somewhere along those lines with someone, about how an action really only takes less than a second to accomplish, because all we have to do is literally decide we are actually going to do it...and then START doing it.

That time in itself, is the smallest time, and you are right, it's also the most vital time.
