How To Make Your Goals Inevitable!

Hey guys, I learned this concept from Eben Pagan and I think it's brilliant. Probably the best goal achieving concept I've ever seen.

So, here's the method!

Ask yourself this question:

What steps do I need to take to make my goal inevitable?

Of course personalize it and then get busy! This works really well for me. (:

You use a completely different part of your brain when you do this.

Sometimes you need to take action when you don't know what to do as failure can be a great teacher, no method is guaranteed to work.

Once you get "something really effective" and unique idea in mind - the moment it pops up, don't miss writing it!

Our memories sometimes can deploy some of those good ideas because there have been lots coming in and out everytime we learn numerous things (especially in the Internet) while just surfing. As a tip, lways have a little notebook and pen beside you so everytime you feel like having another idea to utilize into your business there's no way of losing it.

It's just like working on some big opportunity you never thought will happen once done!

Right, sorry guys. I thought action and self confidence were key to setting goals. I was just giving out a new perspective on how to approach goals....

There are two main methods to goal setting:

    1. Visualization & Affirmations

    2. Problem Solving

Always believe in yourself because anything's possible. I'm living proof.

    Interesting, simple advice.

I get same when I read, discuss, look for ideas and solutions, research, think, ask questions... about goal.

    AwesomePossum,

Now that you mentioned it, I realized that I am doing this all along.

I always write down a rough draft of my ideas. It will be scattered, I usually do it on my whiteboard. From there, I will write the things that are required to achieve what I want. I then formulate a plan of action. Then, I specify the date, months and number of hours it will take.

I know I may sound a bit too detailed. But then all must be planned carefully for it to work. Just do not fall trap to analysis paralysis though.

    Best of luck,

    Aira

Haha...no that makes perfect sense & I think it's pretty fun. It's like putting together a really cool puzzle ; )

This exercise actually gave me my aha. Once I learned goal inevitability, I realized that every time I succeeded I used that "formula" you just explained.

That's almost exactly how I do it but honestly, I think that perfection may not be the best way to go about it...remember all we want to do is set up the conditions that make our goals "automatic"(in other words, once you set up your conditions your goal will already be made inevitable!)..They don't have to be perfect. Just to be there.

Would it be alright if I asked you how this exercise works for you?

      Thanks,

      Aaryn

  • Yes you're right, being organize and focus is also vital to reach such goal. Interest in what you are doing comes first, if we love what we are doing it's not work at all.

When you decide to do something put the words "no matter what" in front of it. There is a big difference between saying i'd like to lose 5 pounds this month and no matter what happens I will lose 5 pounds this month.
