How I Wake Up Productive Every Morning Like A Swiss Clockwork

Last year I started molding my morning success ritual (routine) which helped get more things done in a lot less time than I normally take. I've changed it dozens of times since I started and now feel it's just right.

Because this morning routine helped me so much in my productivity and overall energy I thought I might share it with my fellow Warriors.

Here it goes:

6:30-6:40 Wake Up With Empowering Music That Starts Playing On my Mac. (I use a neat little application called "Awaken" which I use as my alarm clock.

6:40-6:50 Read Empowering Books In Bed from authors such has Tony Robbins, Jeffrey Gitomer, Dale Carnegie etc.

6:50-7:00 Eat Healthy Breakfast. I usually eat strawberries, swiss müsli, blueberries, apples etc as they provide me with the energy I need for the next step.

7:00-8:00 Play One Hour Of Piano. I recently started taking piano lessons and discovered that by practicing one hour of piano every morning I feel more fulfilled and happy. I know that sounds strange but anyone playing an instrument probably knows what it feels like.

8:00-8:10 Drink Refreshing Tee And Eat 1 Apple + Different Nuts

8:10-9:00 Answer Customer Questions. (I like getting that part out of my way asap.)

9:00-10:00 Talk To My Team On Skype And Discuss Current Projects

10:00-10:15 Do Stuff Like Cleaning Floor, Desk,

10:15-12:00 Go To Gym An Get My Body Working

12:00-12:00 Eat Healthy Lunch

That's what I do pretty much the first half of my day.

Before I go to bed which is normally 11:00 PM I create a to do list on a piece of paper and then schedule it using my "ICal" app on the Mac.

I try to do my morning routine everyday as is really improves my overall performance. If I don't manage to complete my morning routine I feel kind of tired and unmotivated doing the tasks on my to do list.

How about you? Do any other Warriors have a morning routine ? or some kind of productivity tips you use in your online business?

Cheers,
Dario

Yea Eban is great but I've actually had this plan before he released "Wake Up Productive".

I've always been a structured person but Eben defiantly helped me refine my plan.

  • There is a lot of sound strategy in there. Start your day by empowering yourself and begin with a plan of attack. If you can do that you're going to start the day quite well!

Yes my best ideas also come while being in the gym. I always make sure to have a note pad for getting my thoughts on paper thought. If I don't get them down on paper my head starts hurting!

Before I get out of bed each morning I give myself a pep talk and go over my agenda for the day. What didn't get accomplished the day before; what is a priority today; what small reward (if any) will I use to complete X amount of items on my list? And of course I remind myself to stay positive and stay focused.

I think you have chalked out a pretty effective ritual for yourself, which motivates and energizes you.
Though i prefer to start my day with my gym & jogging routine early morning before i do any thing.

Yes... This sort of routine is Good. It's for us to accept the fact that we live in a simulation of realities and we don't direct our own actions. It's all a habit. Even thoughts have been habitualized.

In order to change that, you need observing Ego. All from Eben. Great guy who overdelivers.

PS: He's exceptional at copywriting(grabbing attention and stuff). But not that good with making his articles sell...
