So you're probably thinking what does Will Smith have to do with IM?

Well, technically he has nothing to do directly with IM, however
he's had a very successful life, and in the video below he shares his wisdom on why he's been so successful

The things he talks about can be applied in anything including IM and I think the video below is very inspiring and cool

        I enjoyed his 60 Minute interview when it replayed recently. One thing that really stuck out for me was when he emphasized on how hard he worked. He admitted that he wasn't talented in a lot of areas so that made him work that much harder. It reminds me of all those 12, 14, and 16 hour days, 7 days a week that I put in before making any consistent online profits.

        I don't know the man personally, but I know people who have worked with him, including a brother-in-law who trained him for one of his action movies and they've all told me he was hands down a good guy, down-to-earth, very professional, and an incredibly hard worker.

              I'm not a great movie buff but saw this video last year and thought it was great. I agree with everything Will Smith says and it confirms why he has been so successful in life.

              His philosophy on life is actually very simple. Just believe in yourself, believe in everything you do and NEVER let anyone tell you "YOU CAN'T!"

              If we all lived by these rules the world would be a better place.

    Thanks for sharing, he is an incredibly interesting guy for a number of reasons, for me it's pretty amazing how many times he's already been able to reinvent his career. He went from rapper to tv star to movie star.

    Saw an interview some time ago when he was asked how he selected his movies. He said that he sat down with his agent and made a list of the top 10-25(I don't remember which) box office movies of all time and listed their theme etc.

    He has used that list to select his movies throughout his career. Interestingly, aliens was on that list which directly led to his selecting Independence Day.

    That type of analytical planning is something that we can all appreciate.
