Inspirational Movie (WARNING: Not For Everyone)..
Last night I watched a really amazing move:
Genghis Blues
It is a true story about a blind blues musician,
Paul Pena, who discovers Tuvan Throat Singing
by hearing it on the radio.
He then, amazingly, learns how to throat sing and
sing in the Tuvan language (All by brail translations!).
Not only that, he flew to Tuva and entered a
throat singing competition!
As for the rest, you will have to watch to find out.
However, the fact that Paul Pena accomplished all
this by dedication and following his heart (while
facing serious adversity --blindness, health problems
etc.) is seriously inspiring.
I highly recommend. 5 stars!
