Software for video/audio?

I am in the process of developing an info product. I have my videos made
and am working on audio. What are some good programs to use for this.
I am probably still a newbie by warrior standards so don't recommend anything too tough to use. Also I haven't made any dinero yet. So keep that in mind.

Thanks,

Jack H

You can't beat Audacity for the price (it's free). It's stripped down and barebones but does the job nicley. I have a nice little home studio here and I still use Audacity to clean up teleseminar calls.

    Ditto.
When I first started, it all sounded soooooo complicated. Then I used Audacity (and I am not a techie at all) but it was so easy. I finished up recording a 3 CD audio book, it was really easy to do and edit
I found that if I just learned one new bit every day, i would soon be able to use it. Sure enough, I got there.
Just do it, you wont regret it.
