Hi,

I am not sure if this is the right place for this post but I couldn't find a better section, so I am planing to implement an affiliate program into my business and I was planning to pay 50% of my product price, I believe that is a potential package... So I would like to know if this step that I am going to take could be an important step or not... so the questions are

1) Did you ever add an affiliate program and what was your experience?

2) If I add an affiliate program to my website that's it or it need a type of promotion?

3) What important factors should I take in consideration when adding an affiliate program?

4) What do you prefer in an affiliate program:
-CPA (SignUp)
-CPA (Sale)
-CPC
-CPM

Please answer any of this questions...

and thanks in advance

When I first got online It was my desire to start an affiliate program So, I purchase some software from Corey Rudel's (sic) site and also the Cashlink program offered software to create an affiliate program.

The start up for creating affiliate programs at that time can be very time consuming and can also be expensive but the pay off is great once you get it going.

Basically what you create is a "your own salesforce, marketing team " that you only pay when they make sales. A lot of marketers are now using a newer script that actually pays affiliates direct into their paypal accounts within days of the sale which is attractive to many participants because they don't have to wait for Clickbank to pay them.

Yes you will have to promote your program as well as your website. You will have to have some powerful incentives to get people to promote your program and provide them with the promo tools, emails, etc . And yes, always you must pay on time.

    Good Luck with your venture.
