To Direct Your Life, Watch Your Thoughts

It's vital to be aware of your thoughts throughout the day as your thoughts cause creation.

How often do you stop to watch your thinking? We are subject to RTS - Racing Thoughts Syndrome - upon awakening. Gotta get up, what's for breakfast, gotta pay the bills, time to go to the restroom, hope there's no traffic....and on and on it goes, creating your reality.

This is why I take a break every 45 minutes to watch my thoughts and affirm my goals. When I "didn't have the time for frequent breaks", I was anxious about my day's tasks. The very act of saying that you can't take a break means that you are attached to your work, and the minute you aren't light about your work it will feel like work. This is a no-no, at least if you want to manifest awesome things.

When I made the time for this practice, prospects flowed to me with more ease and I became a content demon, churning out videos, blog posts, forum posting, etc.

If you want to know where you're headed, watch your thoughts.

I like that Bryan. It creates order in the mind, kind of like set it, forget it.

The more list-building I do the more peace of mind I experience.

Hope that you're keeping cool today, cold front is supposed to come thru in a few hours.

I don't visit as many forums these days Bryan. If you do a google search on "home business forums" or "work at home forums" you'll get a couple of decent boards but they are dead compared to the activity here. They just don't move like WF so I stick this one for now.

This is good advice Ryan....I also find that I need to only think about the project/task in front of me at that moment. Any future worrying will only make the present task harder to accomplish.

    Great advice Bruce.

Keeping presence of mind kills off worry. The mind can't travel to the future when it's present.
