What creates the kinds of experiences we inherently want as human beings? Well, in all of the books we've all read, all of the experiences we've had in our lives, we can all say a bunch of things, all of which are true! Remember Think and Grow Rich? Have a definite Chief Aim. What about Focal Point, Brian Tracy? Identify what's moving you closer to your goals, and do more of it, and resolve to cease fire on the things that move you further away! Unlimited Power, Anthony Robbins? Control your Brain, Establish Rapport, Reframe, Get Clear on what you want and more! Awaken the Giant Within was Neuro Associative Conditioning, another incredible science of change and personal excellence.

We know that visualization brings success and fulfillment in our lives, because eventually after saturating your nervous system with clear and vivid internal situations, it eventually seeks out physical expression into your life. We know that writing down your goals is hundreds of percents more effective than not, because you're actually extracting the information from your busy activity of thoughts in your head (studies show there's about 60,000 a day) and putting it somewhere you can see it, and making it a "thing," something physical. We know that taking massive and intelligent action towards what you want on a consistent basis will bring incredible results and we also know that cultivating the true awareness to change your strategies until you achieve is a great success formula. But what happens when you know all of that? People know what they should do, in many cases people know HOW they should change their lives. People that are overweight know they should stop eating the way they do, or exercise more. Smokers that deep down want to quit, know that it is killing them the more they smoke. People with a negative lens on life know in their core that it isn't supposed to be that way, and that a primarily pessimistic approach towards this great thing we call life is destructive and will only bring pain, but yet people still don't change. What the heck?

Well, many have said this before me, and will continue after I'm gone. In fact, I believe it's going to not be called anything in 2-300 years, it will be more like a way of life. I believe, among all of those things above, and all of the many awesome things you all can contribute to that, one of the baseline factors of truly experiencing life in an extraordinary way, is conditioning your mind. You gotta train yourself to take the action you know will help you. You have to install the right tendencies in your nervous system, you have to direct your own patterns until they become successfully automatic and you have to stand guard in your mind, letting in the empowering beliefs, philosophies and the like and RUNNING from the things that will invariably create pain!

Man, I wake up everyday and write down two things, both of which I repeat to myself, out loud, with intense emotion and radical physiological movements. We gotta literally give ourselves "Good Post Hypnotic Suggestions!" Thanks for reading everyone, keep kickin butt!
