Breaking News! Success isn't hard!

Hey warriors,

We all want more health, wealth, and happiness in our lives, and I have recently discovered as I am becoming more successful each day, and my ideal life is coming to fruition, its just not that hard!

We make it hard, some people want it to be hard. Why? Because if you convince yourself something is hard then you have an excuse for not doing well. And their is no excuse for not doing well. We are have the ability to do well.

The only way to make your business better is to make YOU better. Sales get better when sales people get better, Marketing strategies work better when marketers get better. Just the way it works.

It just comes down to discipline & persistence. Take at least an hour each day to invest in your personal self. Remind yourself success in life doesn't have to be hard you just need persistence and discipline.

Its not hard to sit down and read for an hour. Its not hard to study and "sharpen the saw". Its not hard to meditate , its not hard to consistently check your finances and magage your money. Its not hard to exercise. ITS JUST GETTING UP AND DOING IT

So whatever your thinking about doing but are afraid its gonna be "to hard' here is some advice. DO IT!

Thanks for reading.

I liken personal development to the momentum effect.

In the beginning it's tough to gain momentum but over time the momentum takes over and your work becomes more effortless.

Keep up with this stuff every day. Minimum 1-3 hours each day.

Putting the time in makes things change, the more time the quicker the change.

I am going to highlight the point you made by using a video game I used to play on my phone--Tetris. I am positive you have all heard about it. Why am I talking about it? Because it is proof that by design we excel when we create momentum.

I would play the game on my phone at work. On Day 1 I would get to level 9 and be like "wow this is going fast." Then I would lose. I could never seem to get past level 9. So I gave up.

On Day 2 I started playing again, this time getting to level 15. It was crazy to me that what was once difficult (too fast) the day before was now easy. But then I hit a new roadblock at level 15. I lost, then gave up.

When Day 3 rolled around I tried yet again, and as you can probably guess level 15 was a breeze, and I made it all the way to 22... Hit my roadblock, lost and then g ave up.

So how can you apply the above example to trying to achieve your goals? By simply doing it every single day of your life. I just finished my first product for release. It was a step by step guide that I thought would be easy as hell to write.

Boy was I wrong. I spent two whole days struggling before finally breaking free on Day 3 and writing like my life depended on it. It is important to note that I gave up on Day 2 out of frustration--for about two hours--before I made myself start writing again.

By Day 3 I had built momentum and was a runaway train, hammering out page after page after page. But I would have never seen the success from Day 3 if I would have simply given up out of frustration and not forced momentum.

As for Tetris? I don't play it anymore, but I had eventually made it to level 99... If we can conquer such trivial things as a game why can we not accomplish everything we want in life?
