    Hey Fabio,

A Mastermind is simply a Group of people

that get together to collectively add INCREASE into each other.

In other words, it's a group of people who motivate, uplift,

and encourage each to see past CIRCUMSTANCE and FIGHT

for their God given Freedom. In this world, we've been programmed

to follow, get a job, and shut up.. A mastermind breaks all Common

Society Rules and shows you how to Break through to your Success

that you DESIRE.. Check out the book called "The Biography of Ben

Franklin" He too had a mastermind called the "Junto"..

    I hoped this helps you..

    God Bless,

    Ontarian

Simply put, a group of individuals motivating and helping each other to reach their goals, fully aware of what they're doing.

How do you go about choosing people to be a part of your Mastermind group? I need a bit more detail than like-minded.

Hi Fabio, I have a mastermind group I meet with twice a month. Its a great resource to meet up with people in your industry. We keep our group limited to 15 members.

I love going for 2 reasons:
    1. You can get any questions you have about what you’re doing answered, or at least talk through how to solve any problems you may be encountering.
    2. You can get a lot of new ideas that you may have never thought of to improve what you’re doing.

      1+1 = 3

      That is essentially the idea.

If you want to read the description check out "think and grow rich".

I have had a couple mastermind groups and find them difficult to setup, but incredible once you get them going with the right people - even life changing.

The challenge is finding people that follow through. If not, it's a slippery slope.

    Good equation, Bren.
Also check out Stephen Covey's explanation of "synergy" in The 7 Habits.
(Rousing applause to relyonhim7 for citing one of the greatest books ever written: The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin. The Junto was indeed an early example of a Mastermind, or a brain-trust, or whatever name you give to a group of people who are brainstorming. For that is really what it comes down to.)
