Very inspiring piece. I agree with the writer, failing isn't bad at all, lookin' back at your life and thinking 'what could've been if i did xyz..." is the worst feeling in life IMO. Thanks for sharing this tidbit of wisdom.

Yes... a very good motivation for me has always been the terror of not wanting to find myself old and full of regrets. Who needs that?!

That was an excellent article; I love the Tony Robbins quote, "The only thing that's keeping you from getting what you want is the story you keep telling yourself about why you can't have it". It should ring true for everybody!

That is a very good quote... and yes, it's extremely easy to fall into that trap. Being afraid of failure seems to be something that often sparks those stories about why we can't have something and then it turns into a self-fulfilled prophecy.

However, who's to say that life is over at 60 or 70? Grandma Moses started painting in her 90s as best as I remember.

It is not too late, regardless of our limiting beliefs!

yes it is really interesting story. particularly n this economical condition people used to compromise wit their dreams to get regular needs. But when you ahieved it it will make you happy as much as never before..

Great article. We all need to learn from our mistakes and keep on going. If we give up, it doesn't help a thing. If you keep chasing for whatever it is you want, you might just actually get it. So, just keep trying to fulfill your life goals.

Great article and I wish there were more like that. Most people unfortunately follow the path they think they're "supposed " to follow instead of the path they want to. I'm glad to see someone encouraging people to go after their dreams.

Overcoming the self doubt, discouragement from dream killers and the motions of success and failure create an interesting experience and a compelling story; something I'm learning now.

Following your dream isn't always easy but reaching that dream is worth all that work.
