I watched from start to finish without moving a muscle (except to take notes). There was no pause or rewind, so I didn't want to miss anything by getting up, even to refresh my tea!

thank you for posting and sharing this. the guy's entusiasm is sooo hard to resist. his passion is so infectious. exactly what i need to get motivated nowadays. i took notes so that the next time i feel down, i'll just get back and read the notes. thanks again.
