An oft-asked question but it might be THE question as lack of persistence is a stumbling block for most.

    I would have to say I am much the same Ryan. A sense of purpose. I think also a desire to prove alot of people wrong lol probably not the healthiest of things.

    Lol Sam, yes, me too sometimes. Proving other people might be a driver if I am not feeling as high energy. If it's not the primary motivator I think it's fine

    For me, the thing that kept me going early on was that I did not want to work for anyone else for the rest of my life. I did poorly in my first 5 years on trying to make an income on the web. So that kept me going in my first 5 years.

    Meditation in the morning works for me. Easy... just sit silent and block every thing... listen to your breathing... and just think of a nice place like the beach front or high on a mountain or grassy hill... whatever works for you... for 20min.... clears your head and gets you ready for the world...
