Mastermind Group Forming - Very Limited - Newbies Welcome

Hi Everyone. I am a big fan of Mastermind Groups. In case you are unfamiliar (which I'm sure most of you are not), a Mastermind Group is a group of individuals who meet regularly, either in person or virtually, to share ideas, brianstorm, learn from one another, kick the sh**, create JVs, and so on.

So here is the deal. I would like to form a very small group, preferably newbies because they always seem to get left in the dust, to see what we can accomplish when we take the ideas, experience, knowledge and drive of the individual members and apply it toward a common goal to finally make some serious cash online.

My idea is sort of a Mastermind/JV all wrapped into one. It will be a select group, probably 10-12 people, but we'll see how it goes. It is important that we gain experience from different areas in order to make this thing work, so if you are interested, here is what we need:

The Programmer - Our go to guy/gal who has a programming background. You can do scripts, WordPress, Minisites, PHP, Flash, CSS, XHTML, and everything in between.

The Designer - Banners, Graphics, logos, Ads, E-Book Covers, Etc are your specialty.

The Seller - Sales is your game and you are DAMN good at it! Copy writing, Squeeze Pages, persuasive content, marketing, and more.

The Back Office - A Maven of research, data collection, CS, administrative, typing, forum posts, backlinking, organization, etc.

**FILLED**The Writers - Content for Article Marketing, websites, blogs, e-books, etc. (I'll take the wheel here, but I'm sure we will need at least one more - preferrably a blogger).

***FILLED***The SEO Guru - OK, you don't have to be a guru, but you need to know your game. Help us optimize everything for the web - WHITE HAT ONLY!

The Business Head - Someone who can help with fortifying JVs, getting the paperwork in order, business trends, Entrepreneurship, etc.

The Socialite - Twitter, Facebook, Squidoo, Delicious, Digg, etc are your specialty.

***FILLED 1 - NEED 1 ****The Starving Artist - You love to create Video - Podcasts and the like. A photographer would be great also, we are going to need some high quality photos, etc.

The Geek - Gadgets, Gizmos, iPhone Apps, iPads, Android Apps, and more will be your specialty. Unlike the programmer, you will specialize more in hand held devices and their technology.

The Watcher - You are a news junkie, watch trends, find alerts or anything related to our goals/products/services.

So here is the deal. PM me or leave a note in the thread if you cannot PM yet. Note which of the titles above best describes your talent and why you want to join the group.

We will meet virtually 1x per week to start and see how this goes so you will have to have the ability to get online and join a web-conference at least 1x per week. This will require a mic and headset and a web cam would be ideal. You will also need a free Skype account.

No one part is better than the others, collectively we are a force. You must be dedicated to the group and commit to the time. When I say newbies, I mean newbies to Internet Business, IM, and Affiliate Marketing, etc, not a newbie to your specialty. Just to be clear.
