Hey Janok

I also consider Cialdini's "Influence" to be one of the more modern "classics".

The principles in it are pretty much CRITICAL knowledge. Unfortunately, don't expect Cialdini to tell you how to use them in a sales context.

I gotta agree with Paul - Robert Cialdini's book "The Power of Influence" is one of the very best on understanding human behaviour and decision making process. Books by Joe Sugarman & Joe Vitalie are also great!!

Thanks for the answers so far. I've read Robert Cialdini's book and it is in my library already. Very good read!

Speaking of persuasion anyone read, NLP big book? I am thinking of getting it.

I don't want to appear biased, so just don't buy "How To Be An Expert Persuader... In 20 Days Or Less" even if I think it's one of the best persuasion materials available, ok?
