Does anyone else deal with this?

I get to be too much of a workaholic, because I'm very excited about my blog and IM projects. I am very focused on creating my ideal life.

However, I don't want to lose sight of having some of that now. I will never have today again, so I shouldn't work it all away. Fall 2010 will never happen again, so if I don't get out and watch the migrating birds, I will have lost that time.

Schedule time to get outside, or coordinate goals together. A walk outside to watch the birds can count as quality time+exercise. I think we all struggle with not enough time. Well, except for the really unfortunate people who struggle with too much time(aka- they don't do anything).

I second Brett's advice. Schedule outside time in, no matter what.

I create quite a bit of content but make exercise/outside time each day I'm alive, no exceptions. Take care of your home and mind or else you will break down. I've learned this lesson a few times.
