As an Afiliate, what do you look for?

I'm thinking of starting an affiliate program in the future and was curious what affiliates look for in a program. What is the minimum amount you look for? What is the minimum percentage you look for? Anything else you look for?

The obvious thing I look for is does it relate to my niche.

Do they have a third party affiliate program. I'm not likely to promote anyone that doesn't.

Do they pull any nonsense to try to divert my traffic to another non-affiliate link. Boy I hate that, once I didn't buy a product because they were pulling that crap. I am amazed at how many people try to do this. Sometimes they do it right on the landing page. Sometimes with "you can't close this" script. Either way, I wont buy nor sell anything that does that. They are dishonest.

I don't have a minimum amount. I'm happy to sell a lot of cheap things
Or I'm happy to sale a few expensive things. Just as long as they sell.

Clickbank? Am I getting at least 50%.

Can I get a review copy? (Of course don't offer that but... if they ask)

    Do they have banners?
    Do they have copy?
Do they have offer a pitch page?
    Do they answer my email?

      I look for a star ...

A person and/or company that has an in need or in demand product
and/or service, that sells well for a good price, that has an excellent affiliate program with the requisite affiliate tools, that pays a good commission, that has excellent customer service, that said person/company has mastered the art of targeting consumers of said product/service and that, above all, can put out quality content on a regular basis to their product/service leads and customers.

Well for one, got to have a good niches that people will buy online, two I would offer between 50%-75% , if the price are high, so that you can make alot of money too. But let the affiliate marketer to get motivated by the high commission. And.. have the resources of sale pages, banners, etc to promote the product or service that the affiliate will need to help you to promote the lately product.
