The Art Of Cooling Down (super duper faster)

Jack is an IM. He is a skillfull IM and had mastered multiple
marketing techniques.

Peoples of the leading forum in IM niche pay a high respect with him.
They call him Guru.
Not to forgotten, he also a fulltimer.

Since he is the Guru, he received hundreds of questions regarding almost
everything about starting an online business.

Everyday he answered with patience and love.

One day, he received a threaten email. It's kind of
black mailing him.

Few years back, Jack was trapped with a blackhat method.
He used it for making him the first thousand.

The email he had received was about telling everybody how he was
before.

This make Jack feel very depressed.
Meanwhile, Jack's wife, Mary and their 1 year old
daughter just coming home.

The daughter felt in sick. She had a cold.
This making the daughter crying harder and harder.

30 minutes had passed. The daughter still crying and even harder
than before.

Jack feel so tension.
With a lot of things to think about, more emails to answered, more order to processed
and one guy black mailing him, his crying daughter making Jack worse.

Can't cope anymore, Jack shout suddently....

"SHUT UP !"

Everything getting silence.
His daughter still crying. Mary took her away from Jack, in case
something bad happen.

---------------------
If you are Jack, what will you do?

Here is a few suggestions :
1. Stay away from where you are. Sometimes, you need to forget a while everything
had happen to you.

2. Go to kitchen and find something to drink. This will make you feel better.

3. Wash your face and if you can, take a bath. Scientist had prove that, in angry mode, the
body temperature suddenly increase.

Just my 2 cents.
The story is based on myself. The difference is, I'm not
a Guru. Lol......

Just my 2 cents, if you have other tips, please share with us

Honestly, there is no need for physical actions to cool yourself down. Personally I am an expert (not certified though!) in anger management.

I use basic NLP (i'm also not certified) with such things like triggers, resources and the Swish Pattern. I also remind myself of the consequences if I get angry. After doing this for awhile, I'm an expert at anger management.

    Just my 2 cents.

I would use neither of the methods. The first one is simply shrugging the problem off, and when Jack thinks of the problem again in the future, he will get a worse accumulated anger.

    2. The second one doesn't address his emotions.

    3. This one too.

A method i use is the 1-10 method. It's as simple as it sounds, when you are frustrated or angry you simply close your eyes and count to 10 and by the time you get to 10 you've forgotten what made you feel that way in the first place.
