Credit Card and Paypal Issues from Nigeria

I am a Nigerian, sure.
Also its not news any longer that we cant do paypal here, and also our cards dont seem to be accepted for online businesses (affiliates, etc).

I know the best advice i have got from search is to get a some1/relative in a paypal accepting country and get him/her to do the online transactions on my behalf.

Yes, I can get some1 to open an account for me with his/her address, BUT the person is not very net savvy enough to do such things AND being Nigeria, He/She may not feel 100% comfortable doing this on my behalf when he is not 100% sure what im engaged in/ will engage in the future (because of the situation of the country) AND even where he/she feels comfortable, I dont feel very comfortable giving some1 else access to my money at ease.

BUT THEN, something came to my mind:
What are the basic issues which paypal can use to disqualify someone?
Is it only:
- Browsing IP must be from same city
- They can call the landline telephone from time to time to verify

If its just these 2, I think its possible to trick them:
- Use IP changing software to make them think you are browsing from the city
- There is a way to get US (for instance) phone number to work here in Nigeria.

Advicessssss needed pls

    Use Alertpay or Moneybookers.

Don't risk being caught by paypal and especially if you have a big amount of money in it and someday your account will be closed.

If you want to IM then try Amazon or Clickbank or CPA that pays by Check

    i agree with dags..
eventhough you can do some transaction with ip changing software, how could you withdraw your money to your bank? if you do not need a real cash, maybe you can do this trick. but how long you do not need the real cash? i think you do your business for a real dollar, don't you?
alertpay and moneybookers have a "loose requirement" if compared with paypal. just try it..
