Mind Integration - This could solve some challenges

I lived 23 years of my life, completely unintegrated. I never really knew what it was like to have all of me, that is, all internal process, going towards one thing, being totally clear on why, and not having any interrupting thought patterns.

Then I woke up. I started studying Napoleon Hill's books, other books about success, and anything else I could get my hands on that had to do with personal achievement, and when I found myself not using what I learned, I got into things like brain science and NLP, which is when I learned how to really influence myself.

Having that understanding of the way internal human experience works, gave me the power to create strategies to generate mind integration within myself. I found out that when you want to take action on things, that you literally have different parts of your brain weighing out possible options and arguing with one another, all behind the scenes (unconsciously) and in most of the decisions we think we make on the fly. So, with that being said, taking the time to sort of "free associate," or just engage your mind to pull those conflicts out, has massive power. Most people extinguish the signals from their emotions to change things, or to engage in new things, or to make things better simply because they have a thought sequence that scares them or doesn't make them feel good about it. What I found is that doing the complete opposite, that is, listening to it all and then actually sitting down and writing things out with the intention of creating rapport, trust or "mental agreements," has MASSIVE POWER! Try it! Thanks for reading.

It sounds interesting what your are saying Ryan. I suppose there is a method in it! Not just listening to all the conflicts & trying to work it all out!

Which book or NLP course did you learn this from?

The one I did in my own head, in my living room! I've studied NLP, but the real power in being able to influence yourself came for me when I went rogue and started creatively engineering techniques! I was totally unintegrated and I had no idea why, until I started to think about all of the conflicting processes in my mind, and how I could somehow settle the argument. So rather than just being a victim of it, I started writing things down that were "arguing," in my mind, and targeting them one by one to change the way they operated in my head! I think a powerful distinction in this area is to know that these things are nothing more than brain conflicts, actual neuro cortical processes that need to be specifically addressed! That has massive power! Thanks for commenting!!

Enjoy your posts Ryan. A friend and I are trying to get together a few people to review Napoleon Hill’s books and then get into other books on success and personal development. If you, or anyone for that fact, are interested then join us on Facebook.

Would love to get some great discussions going… who knows maybe a joint eBook or course may develop for sale by those involved.

    Please join us.
