Is money=success to you?

If so, how much before you take it easy and what are you doing about it?

My goal is $3k/day everyday and I'll be building 3000+ sites to achieve this in 2011.

Money is a part of professional success only because money is an indicator how a business is doing. Its not the money but rather the representation of that money that means the most.

So the short answer is that money means something but surely isn't the only indicator of success...its just part of the algorithym

Money is any object, or any sort of record, that is generally accepted as payment for goods and services and repayment of debts in a given country or socio-economic context.

Money is like points in a video game of life. You don't really need them it's just for show.

I think my achievements are most at what I look at to gauge my success. For example when I first started my IM journey I had (at the time) a steep $10 a day goal. I had no idea what I was doing, or how I was going to meet that goal. Today I make my car payment and then some with my IM earnings. I would consider that a success and its something I'm proud of.

I never consider money as success. It will only add up to your trouble. I don't know with other people. For me, success is being happy of what I accomplished.

For me money is a vehicle to be used for things in my life I find important. Namely freedom. The freedom to do the things I want, go the places I want, help the people I want, spend time with the people I want and to some extent buy the things I want.

I don't really have a set amount where I would take it easy. I always try to set aside enough time for the things I list above as for me those are my true motivating factors.

Money is paper with dead people on it, but what money does grant you is the ability to acquire that which does make you happen. Money is an ends to a means. Money itself is not what people crave, but what it can get for you.

I agree with you, if people don't want money I'll be happy to take the burden from you

Wow, that's a bold plan. I love it!

My goal is $500/day. I'm sure a bunch of people around here are already hitting that mark, but right now $500 a day is the goal for me.

Although, now that I've started making money, I'm addicted: once I hit $500, I will probably want $5000/day!

I don't believe money equals success, but money plays a big role of one's success.

But it is useless to have money if we do not live with happiness.

We can do both at the same time if we learn to be happy from our work.

Money is a big part of success, but how you feel about yourself is probably number 1.

Impressive goal! Don't let anyone talk you out of it!!!

Money is freedom in green pants. It allows you to do more, have more and be more.

I feel money that's acquired in harmony with universal laws - rendering an invaluable service to a group of people while passionate about your craft - is what it's all about.

It never hurts to set money goals but if you have no other goals instead of monetary goals, you are doomed. You will chase green paper and green paper by itself is nothing. The Why inside of the What: the freedoms that money affords you, is the feeling most are probably after.
