What gets me to take action daily

One of the biggest challenges people now a days have is their inability to get themselves to move to action. This is literally a case of their minds never learning how to use their internal resources to create a result called motivation, or drive. Knowing that we are motivated by security, moving away from danger as well as excitement, and moving towards great outcomes, isn't enough for most. I believe the challenge called "lack of drive," comes from the idea that motivation is a thing that happens within you, as a result of something taking place outside of you. As a consequence, human beings, at this stage in our evolution haven't really learned:
  1. That we actually biochemically create motivation
  2. How to create motivation in their bodies
  3. How to train motivation into their lives. (lives is a very human way of saying into their minds)

Without those distinctions, and the "way how," drive can seem like something that only shows up here and there! Hear the sound of the BUZZER on Wheel of Fortune. EHHH.

We do this in our bodies. It can become effortless if we eat right, have outcomes that are easy to be excited about, image the outcomes daily, intentionally get into peak mind states and consistently engage in massive and consecutive growth! I have a strategy I use to create massive high performance, and it's simply me getting into a peak state. Peak states are characterized by more communication between the parts of your brain. (not exclusively, but quite dominantly) So that means, you must fire up your brain to get into a peak state! Try reciting all of the movies you know from the letter a-d as quick as you can. It may hurt for some people! Then listen to your favorite song and dance a bit. Again, this may hurt for some people but the combination of rapid movement, and an activation in the one thing that controls your motivation, drive becomes effortless. If you nurture your mind (meditation, listening to your unconscious, doing things you know you should do) it also helps a great deal to create motivation a lot easier.

The bottom line is, I use state control to get myself to take action. Having an understanding of the fact that we're altering our states of consciousness all day anyway, learning how to be deliberate about it will change your life! Thanks for reading!

When you don’t have a choice and something HAS to get done is when most people become motivated. It’s the motivation of survival. Most people don’t realize that they can reproduce this type of motivation can be reproduced at will.

You must make your goals a matter of survival, something that needs to be done NOW. As soon as you say it can wait you’re done. But if you look at it as this needs to get done NOW or ELSE you can start the juices flowing.
