I first want to thank all the warriors for sharing their knowledge here .

I was in Internet marketing for about 8 years.

Below is my story and what I have learned to proceed with.

When i started Internet marketing before 8 years on my college first year, people started laughing at me and said I always used to pay with computer. The good thing is , I always have a strong determination and I always listen to my mind .

When I get my first cheque of around Rs1900(40$) for completing a survey with ciao.com, my father got shocked and asked whether is there any illegal things going on . Since his total monthly salary earned during that time was Rs9000(200$) in India.

At that time , I understood the power of internet marketing . My daily work was to read all the marketing forums for atleast 2 hours from my college computer. Since I dont have a own computer at that time.

When i completed my college I got a good job and within 2 months I have got a computer and doing Online marketing by myself.

From that I used to earn my yearly income from online also.

My IM profits and full time jobs income is almost same for years. But I was working hard rather than smart.

Till That my best forums are DP and BlueFartworld. During May I started reading warriorforum too.

Then I used to read the "Mind Warriors - Success, Power, Self-Improvement" from this forum most of my time. I see people are smart than hard working to make more money.

Then I changed my workstyle and also setting proper targets for monthly as well as yearly.

My target for may was just 100$ by smart working rather hard working. If I achieve it, I will increase the next month target by 100$ and If was not able to achieve it , next month target will be the same and my year end target was 10000$ which I have decided on May 15/2010.

I was under a deep thinking, whether I will be able to work on it. I spent around 2-3 hours in evening after my full time job 8 hours and morning one hour before going to job.

I work nearly 4 hours /day in IM and 8 -10 hours on Full time Job.

Results of my strategy:
1. Since I have kept intermediate goals, i have achieved more than 200-250% every month.
2. I have achieved my year end goals also.
3. I have earned more than what I earn from my fulltime job for the year 2010.

Outcome:
1. Plan your goals.
2. Keep goals what you can achieve. Which will motivate you to next levels.
3. Increment your goals everytime.
4. Step in to the projects which you can make money. Think from shoes of the buyers. There was a famous quote " Test your own medicine" for doctor. Test your product before selling to achieve things.
5. Keep working smart and dont fear to invest money and test new things
