The Weekly Integration Method

Hope Everyone's Holidays are going great! Listen, I want to share with you a quick strategy I use that has really allowed me to get fully integrated for the week, to stay targeting and hitting outcomes.
  1. Every Sunday, allot yourself about 30 minutes.
  2. Write down about ten things you did that really worked for you this week. Anything that moved you toward an outcome or helped you significantly upgrade something in your life.
  3. Write down about ten things that wasted your time completely.
  4. Resolve to position your effective actions at the top of your list, and ensure you engage them more!
  5. Cut out the stuff that wasted your time.
  6. Ask yourself how you felt this week. What emotional states were you in the most? Calibrate based on the answer and ensure next week's emotional states are better and help you engage in high performance activities.
  7. Ask yourself how you can upgrade one specific thing. It could be a small skill that you know is valuable to you. It can just be reading ten or twenty minutes of a book written by a titan in your field. Anything that works and creates a small forward motion.
  8. Lastly, ensure that you're on track with larger outcomes you have set.

The whole process is designed to reintegrate yourself. Often times we set things up in our lives, and then just let them proliferate and do "whatever," in our schedules. A weekly integration, consisting of whatever questions and whatever steps is a great idea! These specific things help me to stay totally aligned, and as on target as possible with constant expansion. Thanks for reading!

I do something similar in my journal but not as extensive as you present here. I think I’ll try it this Sunday and do so for the month of January and see what results I get. Thanks for the ideas.
