They had the preparation and plan b and even a plan c or more ahead of time so when the original plan go's wrong or become less profitable...they switch to the next back up plan when needed.
They combined the proper marketing and back up plan to adjust and stay on top. Doing this actually puts another 2 p's in your business so maybe I should of called it the 7 P's...
