Internet Marketing & Myer's Briggs

So I work as a research scientist, and as we're been through a re-organisation our new team used myer's briggs for an away day at a local hotel.

Now I'd done this when I first started working, but this time the trainer told us to go have a search on google for famous people with our personality types.

Mine was ESTP, and much to my surprise it turns out that the career I'm most suited for is Internet Marketing & being an entrepenuer!

Now my dilema is that if I have the temprament for it, why am I not able to make enough to be full time online?

I think that it's the high P score that means that although I can profitably launch a website I haven't done the last 10% that makes it a massive success.

So basically can anyone recommend a good resource that will help me become better at finish 1 task before moving onto the next?

    As far as finishing what you start, here's what I do:

    write your new ideas in a notebook. When you finish what you're working on, you can come back to them, because the pages aren't going anywhere.
