What are your favorite personal mindset exercises?

I'm putting together a list of all the exercises I've learnt and collected from a number of resources over the years and would love to hear about other people's favorites.

Here are some to start the list going:

1. Writing a list of all the things you want to achieve in life (a bucket list) and placing it somewhere prominent.

2. drawing (to the best of you ability ) what you would like your life to look like.

3. Writing down a list of all the things you want to acquire in life - picking just one and creating an action plan how to get it.

4. Creating a set of affirmations which you read/say aloud at least once a day.

5. Writing down a list of all the resources you have available right now at your disposal and how you can utilize them to achieve the things in #1,#2 or #3
