Your life before and after "the change"...

Hi everybody,

I would love to ask you what exactly you mean when talking about "it changed my life"... (it in this sense can be a book, hypnosis sessions, self-improvement concentration techniques and so on. You know it better than me )

How was your life before the change... what did you realized in order to change your life? Did the books, session or whatsoever give you a hint about what is going wrong in your life... or did you realize it by yourself and applied the techniques...

Do you agree that only the right amount of sincerity will bring you to more success and true change of life...?

cheers,
Anna Emilie.

    Hi,

I think change is a life long process, however, some people have their 'epiphany', but I think that is due, possibly, to a period of stagnation. So, to answer your question, life before the change, was just that. Life is now. Darn! Just missed it! Changed again... all the best, allenjohn

I'm sure its different for each person and im sure its some type of mental "ah ha" moment. Or it can be a physical change in actions and behaviors..
