Anyone attended T Harv Eker Free 3-Day Millionaire Mind Intensive?

It's a 3 day event he holds for free.

I would like to know from someone who has attended.

It must cost a fortune to put this on. Obviously they must do some heavy duty pitching to his paid programs to make it worth their investment.

But how much value is the free event?

Thanks

Ron

I went to the 3 day intensive 3 or so years ago. Leave your checkbook or credit card at home. There is plenty of great content on a number of topics, but it is regularly interrupted by pitches for various other "training" that runs several thousand dollars each. These training session are held at different times around the country. There are regular breaks for you to purchase books, and to sign up for the advanced training.
Harv was just starting to train someone to present the seminar other than himself, so I don't know if he is directly involved anymore. I do know that when Harv is on the stage he can really tug at your heart strings.
I did appreciate what I learned, but be prepared to go from early until late. If you don't take a lot of notes you will be wasting your time.
    Best Wishes
    David

Harv is a master salesman... if anything you should attend the event and take notes on the way he sells (instead of running off like most people do)

I've attended twice. The program is really useful to get a fix on your values about money, and the money management system he teaches, ie the 5 jars technique.

I learned a lot from it (while not being tempted by the upsell offers).

Harv is a master salesman, the second time I went, I went to take notes on his methods of selling, of getting audience participation, and the way he gets people excited and hungry to buy more.

Go. Its a great experience. Last I recall, it was 8am to 11pm every day

I didn't know its free, infact I have heard it is too expensive to enter.. He is a good speaker but if anyone observe.... he makes some of the negative things very obvious. I mean one will never imagine that he had that thought in his mind but then realize it.. It's good if you can take only positive things.

I was about to go, but I just ended up listening to the audio tapes for TMMI.

They were really great and they got me focusing on my money jars (a concept of splitting your money for different expenses/savings).

If I had to go to the in-person event, I know it wouldn't be much difference content wise since I already know what's being said, but I would love the "immersion" factor.

If you listened to the tapes, then you wouldn't 'already know' anything!

Just got an email from the Karma Crew, volunteer group for MMI, then Googled Millionaire Mind Intensive and found this post.

I went to one event a couple years ago and it was fantastic, the audio programs don't even compare to being there in person. When you're in a room filled with (mostly) like minded individuals there's a powerful feeling involved, plus you get to meet people in person and hear their stories and experiences.

Thanks for the link ronr, I signed up again and very much looking forward to it.

I attended the MMI a few years ago when his book came out. There were two free tickets with purchase of the book.

I loved it. Completely changed the way I thought about money and making money. Yes, Harv is a master trainer and salesperson. Yes, he does pitch his additional materials and workshops, but I don't fault him for that. The stuff he sales can change your life for the better...if you follow through. The MMI is an education on many levels.

      Hi

I ordered a 16 CD set 'live' recording on ebay for about $100.
It's good, but there are gaps in it where I am assuming special
      parts are missing.

Worth buying? Definitely. Try it before you spend money going.

      Cheers

Yes I think I will buy a book or CD's first. I don't have any problem with him pitching in his own event, but even if it is free it is still a sizable investment in time, travel, hotel etc so I would like to know more before I attend.

The CDs might be well worth it, but the MMI is interactive. There are a series of exercises that you do with a partner including "the breaking of a block of wood." These greatly enhance the experience. Also, the networking is great. I'm still in contact with some people I met there.

Fortunately, I didn't have to spring for a hotel, but it is a sizable investment of time. It was well worth it to me, but everyone is at a different stage in prosperity consciousness. I found this forum soon after I attended the MMI.

The seminars are a lot of fun and if you're in marketing or
can help people with internet stuff, you'll find a lot of prospects
for your services. Very high density of entrepreneur-minded
    people attend those seminars.

Go. Go to one with Harv presenting if he's still doing them -
    he's a really dynamite speaker.

Yes, if anyone is looking for free tickets, I would go to his website and get on the mailing list and I'm pretty sure you'll get some options to go to a live event for free.

      Hi -

I signed up to see him in Minneapolis a few months ago & reserved a hotel room for the weekend. I was so excited for it to start, I walked across the street to the convention center, and....nothing. Nobody was there!

After some confusion, checking with the staff there & trying to call their customer service number, I found out he had cancelled that weekend & I was apparently the only one who did not get that memo!

Boy, was I crushed. They said they would send me his CD program but I never received one - but they did reimburse me for my hotel room. I thought that at least was decent of them.

I was REALLY stoked to attend, but I guess it wasn't meant to be

I haven't been before, but I've heard mixed reviews. Some people told me it was great because they didn't realise they had all this stuff about money, while others told me they really didn't like him (especially the way he presents)

I say go. I went about 3 years ago and agree with previous comments. I didn't have T. Harv as a trainer. I don't think he is doing these himself anymore.

Definitely learned a lot while there. Very interactive. They set it up so you can't just sit on your butt passively. The days are long, but go by quickly because of all the interaction.

And yes, products/programs are pitched throughout, but I didn't mind.

I bought the 16 CD set after attending (off ebay) and listen to it about every 3 to 4 months.

I just got back from the MMI in Los Angeles last weekend. I read his book about 5 years ago. Finally in the right place at the right time to attend the seminar.

Great speakers, powerful content, tons of networking. I enjoyed watching the sales process. I was fortunate to be in a position to invest in his other workshops. I'm looking forward to his new "Ultimate Internet Boot Camp" taught by Alex Mandossian.

They send you home with a 90 day Wealth Conditioning Program (basically a journal). It has helped me to really integrate the things I learned at the seminar. I am going again next time they come to LA and bringing my partner.

Oh and also... they have an affiliate program that looks pretty powerful. I'm still looking into it.

I recommend trying it at least once. The networking opportunities alone are worth the investment of time.

I just had to go through and thank everyone on this thread. I am signing up for one this month, but I got briefly scared. Trying to read around most of the internet provided no answers: there was "love," and there was "raging hate." I'm glad to get some more balanced answers here.

Plus, y'all have answered my other question, which was: should I bring my business cards and dress up? Looks like that one is a resounding yes.

I plan to go to this this weekend and I was curious myself about how it was. I like the book and have read it many times over now as well as listened to it. After reading some of the reviews about this I am not so sure I want to go. Is it really worth your time sitting in a room for over 12 hours a day. I am not one that enjoys sitting for long periods of time but I do understand the value in your own education and getting proper training. I also have heard that T Harv does not even do the training anymore. That is a real disappointment to me.

I've been reading The Millionaire Mindset for the first time. It's great seeing all the comments here about the seminar. I figure that free seminars are going to gather a crowd to hear a sales pits, but I'm glad the seminar has great value in and of itself.

I attended it this past weekend. I highly recommend it, especially if you're looking for your first breakthrough. Let's face it, business and personal growth goes hand in hand. You'll need something more beyond reading and listening to audios. Even if you think you know it all, you'll be surprised. Going to live seminars like this can really help you put things into positive perspectives.

I came in well prepared for the marketing side of things, so I easily dodged the training upsells when they came up. Everything was presented professionally though, no one is handcuffing you to buy into anything. Be there to experience the transformation, and most importantly you'll want to stay all the way through! I saw many people who were tearful with joy at the end of the third day. You'll see the shift after three days, you'll really feel the difference from when you first came in.

So my thought, if you're serious about your online business and your life, start with this seminar.
