What do you think of subliminal recordings?

Are they just a bunch of rubbish or have you actually had some real positive experience from them?

I prefer hypnosis. The results it gets proves that it works.

You can deal with a hyped up guru selling you "the secret"

Or, you can go to an expert in the field : HPP Audio CDs

(there's many experts, but I like his CD's)

Depending on the type of subliminal messaging we are talking about, some don't work, and there's stuff out there that can outperform these "sublinimal messages"

I've never had success with the audio messages that are "only heard by the subconscious mind".

Li, what type of sublminal messages are you talking about and what product are you looking into?

[quote=Mike McBride;309982] if you can't hear it, your "subconscious" mind can't hear it either, much less be affected by it.

What you say may be true, but..

you can't see or hear radio waves, but they exist and are effecting us to an extent.

You do realize visual subliminal messaging DOES work? You see it in advertising, you see it for self help/hypnosis stuff. And its proven to work.

You think Mcdonalds , KFC, and other brand names would spend money on it if it was proven to not work?

(university studies have been done and research shows its effective)

People have great interest for you to think otherwise...

The closest thing to "audio" subliminal is brainwave entrainment, which is scientifically backed and is currently being applied in many different fields.

This, coupled with NLP/Hypnotic suggestions can have a very powerful impact, but straight "subliminal messages" are 100% scam....

If thats the case then I must have been scamming customers for the past 4 years!

One of the great things about forums is that it gives people the opportunity to share views and learn new things, however the flipside of that is that gives people the opportunity the make judgements based on limited information.

I've been selling subliminal products for a number of years and I've personally had great success with them.

I'll even back this up with a subliminal movie I created last year thats still getting a number of hits, here's the link:

            YouTube - The Subliminal Cube

Now you (may) put this all down to the placebo effect, which is the usual excuse the scientific community uses when they don't actually know, why something works.

Try watching the movie and then ask yourself if you still believe subliminals don't work.

I know that no matter what evidence you put up some people will still always be skeptical.

            Just my 2 cents.

Not only do they put it down, but researchers of the mind and influence do as well. Audio subliminal do not work. The kind of people claim its only heard by the subconscious when listening to AUDIO- it does not work. Not only is it tested and research to not work, it doesn't work for me.

Try watching the movie and then ask yourself if you still believe subliminals don't work.

The visual subliminal , I agree, are researched to work, although I have not personally used them. I do plan on it, as I've tried everything else. So I know audio subliminal don't really work.

If you honestly think audio subliminal work, wait until you try real hypnosis or NLP, that been tested and researched to work. You'll see real, lasting, measurable, results!

That's because research shows that there is no such animal - if you can't hear it, your "subconscious" mind can't hear it either, much less be affected by it.

I've used subliminal recording but I can't say that they ever did anything for me. I used to listen to an abundant and prosperity tape at work but never saw any changes.

I prefer hypnosis too. Hypnosis has never let me down.

I use a mix of all of it. That works, but if you do it in the morning and take action everyday to rejuvenate yourself then you'll start to feel it.. When you feel it, you take action and that's when you see results.

I think subliminal recordings are a Great method to Reprogram the subconscious Mind. This is a Very effective Tool. I would love to see it used more widely. There are scienctific facts to support this.
